Luce starts her career as a casting director at the end of the 90’s as Jeanne Biras assistant, working mostly for cinema. Later she discovers herself a real passion for the street casting. She starts collaborating with Olivier Dahan who asks her to join more and more of his projects and the demand increases quickly for Luce’s work.

With the appearance of reality shows in the 2000 she finds the concept exiting and starts making the casting for the French Bachelor format. Today Luce works mostly in advertising and focuses on comedy, short films, series and documentary. Her strong observation sens helps her to discover new faces, talents and personalities.
